An excellent opportunity exists for an IS Service Desk / Training Officer to join the City of Yarra’s internal Information Services Service Desk.
You will be involved in a broad range of Service Desk activities, which include:
- Initial contact point for all IS Service Desk issues
- Solve IS Service Desk level 1 & 2 calls
- Loan out equipment
- Organise and manage Electrical and Cable works
- Organise and manage Telecommunications works
- Organise and manage issues revolving around PCs, Notebooks, printers, photocopiers and any other equipment supplied by the Information Services branch.
- Test new software and document procedures
- This position will also be required to give internal training on a wide range of Microsoft Office programs and also deliver internal IS induction
